8.7/10reviews: 7Read All Bed and Breakfast Guest House San Frediano is housed in a beautiful 17th-century building located in the historic centre of Lucca, only 50 metres from the church of San Frediano and right next to via Fillungo, the city's main pedestrian street. The sourrounding area is full of fine restaurants, cafès and typical shops. Thanks to its strategic position, the property is the ideal starting point to discover the art treasures of Lucca and the nearby Tuscan cities, as well as the Versilia sea resorts. ACCOMMODATION The Guest House offers Standard rooms and Superior rooms, which can be used also as single. They have been recently renewed and refurbished to offer a good quality accommodation. All rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully furnished and well appointed with attention to all details. Standard rooms, with shared bathroom on the floor, offer TV with HTV channel (Hospitality Television), fan and heating; Superior rooms, with private bathroom, offer satellite television LCD, air-conditioning/heating. and they are bright. The bathrooms are well equipped with bathtub/shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. On the second floor is a comfortable reading room. BREAKFAST Each room contains a breakfast corner: a tray with all you need for a small Italian breakfast including brioches, croissants, cookies, milk, fruit juices and coffee pads to be used in all coffee makers available in the common areas of the hotel. In the afternoon, a tea maker will be made available to flavour a good cup of tea in the privacy of one's room, or in the cosy Luis XV parlour. TRANSPORT SERVICES Free public parking at only 5 minutes by walk from the B&B or private garage with special tariffs at 10 minutes. A pick up service from/to airports and train stations is available upon request and subject to charge, we offer Smart-Mercedes car rental. HOW TO REACH US The B & B is located in the pedestrian area, so you can get there by car just to down/upload luggage.
