"Dante" apartment is a loft composed by 1 double room on the top floor, living room with 2 sofa beds (2 single beds), bathroom with shower and kitchen on the bottom floor.
"Beatrice" apartment is composed by 1 double room, private bathroom with shower, living room with 2 sofa beds (2 single beds) and kitchen.

"Dante" and "Beatrice" apartments are located at 4, Borgo la Noce, 3rd floor no lift, close to the famous Medici Chapels and just a short way from the most important cultural sites. The apartments are located in an original sixteenth century "palazzo" and are provided with the typical Florentine "arte povera" furniture.

"Guelfo" apartment is composed by 1 double room, private bathroom with shower and kitchen with possibility to add an extra single bed.

"Ghibellino" apartment is composed by 2 double rooms, private bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa bed (2 single beds) and kitchen.

"Guelfo" e "Ghibellino" apartments are instead both located on the first floor of a little villa at 48, Via Guelfa, just a short way from Piazza del Mercato Centrale and our Trattoria "Da Garibardi". They are provided with the typical "arte povera" furniture as well.

"Caterina" apartment is composed by 1 double room on the top floor, living room with 1 sofa bed (2 single beds), private bathroom with shower and kitchen on the bottom floor.

"Lorenzo" apartment is composed by 2 double rooms, private bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa bed (2 single beds) and kitchen.

"Michelangelo" is composed by 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom with bath tub and 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with 1 sofa single bed, table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen.

"Caterina", "Lorenzo" and " Michelangelo "apartments are located at 15,Piazza del Mercato Centrale, 2nd floor for the first two ones and 1st floor for the last one, no lift, close to the famous Medici Chapels and just a short way from the most important cultural sites. The apartments are located in an original sixteenth century building and are provided with the typical Florentine "arte povera" furniture.

"Il Fiorino" apartment is composed by 1 double room, kitchen corner and private bathroom with shower.

"Il Giglio" apartment is composed by 1 double room, kitchen, private bathroom with shower, a wide living area with 1 sofa-bed (1 double bed)and the possibility to add an extra single bed.

"Il Fiorino" and "Il Giglio" delightfully furnished apartments are located at n°25 in via Sant'Antonino, 3nd floor no lift of an historical palace, few steps away from the Duomo, Medici chapels, train station.

The comforts are totally modern: air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, a safe for your valuables and an electrical system with 110 volts US-type sockets are provided.

All our apartments are provided with free wireless Internet and if you don't have your own notebook we can provide one with no extra charge.

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven. The apartments are also provided with a set of bed linen and towels. You will also find a map of Florence to assist you to make the most of your stay in this wonderful Tuscan city.

Prices include water, electricity, gas and final cleaning of the flats.
The keys will be handled over from 3:00 pm to 7,00 pm on the day of arrival.
Key must be given back at 10,00 am on the day of departure.
The apartment must be left in good conditions and especially the cooking stove otherwise 30,00 euro will be asked as refund.
