The residence La Mattanza has been designed to offer its guests a diversified choice, relying on a large number of apartments with different characteristics. According to the type of tourist holiday home, our guests can choose the best apartment for your needs.

I Bivani, called "Paranza" (named after a particular type of fish), can accommodate up to four people, thanks to a large double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The three-room apartments, called "le Nasse" (the name of a traditional fishing technique) are equipped with two bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

Finally, on the fourth and fifth floors of the residence there is the attic (up to 4 people) and the super penthouse (up to 3 people), known as "Rais" (the term of Arab origin that designes the "responsible" of the tuna fish), both equipped with high comfort level as the fireplace, the roof with exposed beams, terrace with panoramic veranda

Each apartment offers the following standards comforts:
- Equipped kitchen (including appliances)
- Living room with sofa bed
- Private bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- Set accessories bath/ bed
- Bedroom Double / Twin
- Windows and / or balconies on the old town
- TV
- Cooling independent System (summer / winter)

- Parking nearby (free and on payment)

Among the services on request:
- Linen change (fee: € 10.00 per person);
- Intermediate cleaning (fee: € 30.00 per apartment);
- Laundry Service
- Internet wi-fi (€ 20.00 flat per week)
- Breakfast served in the apartment (5,00 € per person)

Finally, the residence is able to provide its guests a complete guide to the territory of western Sicily and the city of Trapani, providing directly the following tourist services:
- Rental of sailboats and dinghies.
- Car and motorcycle
- Charter boat (outputs daily boat to the islands Egadi, San Vito lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve, etc.).
- Diving and sailing
- Excursions and tours in archaeological sites (Segesta, Mozia, Selinunte) and naturalistic sites (the salt pans of Trapani and Paceco)
