N4U Guesthouse, is Not an Hotel, is a Charming Bed and Breakfast located in Historical Center of Florence in a XIV Century Palace, II floor, between Dome and Uffizi Gallery. All the Rooms have external views by the Historical Center by Via del Proconsolo.

WiFi FREE OF CHARGE, Coffee and Tea Set Facility FREE OF CHARGE, Minibar with Water FREE OF CHARGE, Breakfast Served in Your Room, SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE.

All Rooms, have Air Conditioning in summer season, Private Baths, some Ensuite others Offsuite, All baths have equipped with “Rain Effect System” Showers, Warmer Towels and Hairdryer. Assistance and Accommodation Service from 2 pm till 6 pm Every Day. Such as many buildings in the Historic Center, N4U does not have lift.

SPA’ and Wellness Center is at 500 meters walking distance and is available if you book it in advance.
