it is finely furnished and in each room it has: parquet, heating, air conditioning, fridge in the room, LCD satellite TV (Italian channels and European) and free wi-fi internet 24h; consists of:

spacious entrance and hallway where there is a telephone for emergency calls;

to 100 meters is the bus 87 direct to the Center;

to 2 metro stops away is a train for rapid transfer direct Tuscolana Station - Fiumicino airport every 15 minutes; to 7 stops is Termini Station.

Going outside Rome to 8 metro stops is Anagnina station, where a shuttle bus in 20 minutes connects with the Ciampino airport.

B&B DAVILA25 is located 100 meters from the Caffarella Park in the green with ruins and old farmhouses, where you can go for long walks and see famous archaeological finds from Roman times as the tomb of Cecilia Metella and the catacombs of S. Sebastian and S. Callisto.

BY FLIGHT

From Ciampino Airport:

shuttle bus to Anagnina Metro A station (20 min.) - get to Metro A Stop Colli Albani (10 min.).

From Fiumicino Airport:

a train, every 15 min., connect Fiumicino Airport to Tuscolana Station (20 min.), out of the Station to about 100 meters you'll find the Metro A Stop Ponte Lungo - get to Metro A Stop Colli Albani (4 min.).

BY TRAIN

From Stazione Termini

take Metro A and get stop Colli Albani;

take via Menghini then first right via Arrigo Davila (200 meters).

BY CAR

From the Grande Raccordo Anulare:

take the exit 23 and follow via Appia Nuova Rome center direction straight for about 8 km; arrived square Colli Albani take via Menghini then take the first right via Arrigo Davila.
