"The Scogliera" is an apartment completely renovated in June 2009, available for rent by tourtists. It's about 50 sq meters with all the comfort and privacy of an independent apartment, located on the first floor of the building in a quiet area in the center of our city.
It consists of an entrance corridor, kitchen, bedroom, and utility room.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a bunk bed, and a wardrobe, ideal for a couple, a family, a group of friends and guests alike. The bedroom window facing Carolina Street is at night illuminated by the splendid ancient lamps on either side of the road. A view of the sea is available by simply looking out the window.

Next to the room in a small closet where you will find a garment hanger, iron, some small enhancements and a powerful vacuum cleaner.
Besides the conforts of a typical kitchen (Fridge, stove top with oven and extractor, table, and six chairs, etc.), there is also a comfortable sofa bed where 2 other guests can enjoy a pleasant night. You will also find a TV cart, which makes the TV transferable to any room in the appartment.

Bathrooms are fully equipped,ie: shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, washing machine and a dryer.
The entire apartment is heated and cooled with a powerful air conditioner and heat pump placed in the bedroom.
All the utilities in the apartment including use of accessories, gas, water and electricity are included in the price.
"La Scogliera" (The Cliff) is known as one of the most beautiful parts of the city. Only a few steps from one of the five ancient Towers (the five towers are the mascot of the city) that protected Trapani is the completely intact “Torre di Ligny (Tower of Ligny), with its magnificent cliff that it is situated on and within which you can visit the Museum of Pre-history.

Parallel to Carolina Street there is the wonderful “Mura di Tramontana” (Walls of Wind) which are part of the ancient city walls, all restored to their former glory, quite ideal for a moonlit evening stroll.
A short walk from the apartment you will find: pizzerias, pubs (bars), tobacco stores, and all the premises of the old town which you can visit on foot, not to mention the artistic and historical monuments that you can't afford to miss in Trapani.
Just below the house a free shuttle bus service is made available every 30 minutes that reaches Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, central terminal of all other urban routes (paid coaches).

About 50 meters from there is a small beach called "San Liberale" It is about 800 meters to the bus stop which connects the old town of Trapani to the airport, and boarding for Egadi.
About 400 meters away is La Colombaia, our other apartment with seven beds, where another small group of people can be accommodated.

- The Natural Reserve of the Salines, 15/20 minutes by car;
- Mozia e Lo Stagnone, 40 minutes by car;
