There is not front desk, o phone where the owner can be reach. It is in the third floor and there is not elevator . It's far from the historic centre, a bit difficult the transportation

too far from the downtow area, no reception - nobody to ask about anything. Towels very bad - only two small per person - change of bed linen an towels every three days.

ci hanno aspettato fino alle 11,30 anche se non eravamo riusciti a metterci in contatto per comunicare il nostro ritardo (loro cell momentaneamente staccato, poi il mio irraggiungibile)

giudizio positivo comodo per parcheggio e per la vicinanza allo stadio. si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Roma con un solo autobus. consigliato

Comodo per l'auditorium

Bed and Breakfast senza breakfast. 3° piano senza ascensore... Se siete in due persone ed una esce l'altra deve scendere 3 piani per aprire perchè non c'è il citofono!!!

Spacious - clean - friendly - air conditioning

Lots of stairs to climb - very very difficult to find - no coffee or breakfast and nowhere locally to get any - would be useful to leave directions in room showing guests where closest shops/food places are located
